Senior / Independent Academics / PIs:
€800 in large stone houses (bungalows) –13 availabe, priority to who-registers-first
€700 Attic-rooms or upgraded rooms
Postdocs / PhD students:
€500 participants from high-income countries (single-bed dormitories)
€350 participants from low-income countries (shared double-bed dormitories)
Accompanying guest: €500
Participants are asked to register before July 25th, 2025 via online registration platform.
Registration includes in-campus accommodation, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, welcoming and farewell diners, social events.

- Payments and participants' registration are manually matched.
- For attendees applying for travel grants and/or fee waivers, payment will be postponed until award resolution.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation before July 31st 2025: a full refund will apply minus an administration fee (1.5% (EU) or 3% (non-EU), depending on your credit card or bank transfer origin).
- Cancellation after July 31st: the full registration fee applies.
- Notification of cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the conference organizers at diallina@biol.uoa.gr & confer@maich.gr
