Abstract Submission

Abstract guidelines

  • All tentative participants should submit an abstract
  • Abstracts should be in the English language and submitted through the registration platform.
  • They should include title, authors, affiliations and a summary limited to 300 words.
  • Include a short introduction on the current state of the art, the question addressed and major conclusions.
  • Please provide up to 5 references.

Selection criteria

  • Selection of oral presentation and posters will be based primarily on excellence, originality and novelty of scientific work, reviewed by the 5 members of the organizing committee.
  • Submitted abstracts plus abstracts/text of 2-3 more recent publications will be used for final decisions.
  • Short talks will be selected from accepted abstracts.
  • Work related to non-selected short talks will be presented as posters.
  • Poster specifications: Dimensions of the poster boards are 0.95 m (width) by 1.35 m
  • Inclusiveness (gender, geography, young scientists, PhD students, postdocs, early career researchers) will be considered height). Poster board stickers will be provided.
